The incredibly fun Phoenicia Halloween Parade will be held this year on Sunday October 28 at 2:00pm. The parade route will go from Phoenicia Elementary School to Parish Hall. After the parade there will be snacks outside the hall provided by the Phoenicia Rotary. Then for treats, music and a a ghoulish good time check out the Monster Mash brought to you by the Phoenicia PTA inside Parish Hall. It promises to be a great afternoon. See you there!
