WCA member Harry Jameson got a mention for his business, The Town Tinker Tube Rental, in a NY Times article about upstate swimming holes. The piece (complete with video) was published yesterday and offered the Town Tinker as a more organized way to enjoy the river then trying to locate the local haunts. Parrots for Peace Visit Town Tinker
The Chichester based "Parrots for Peace" visited WCA member Harry Jameson and his crew at the Town Tinker Tube Rental recently. Since the birds were more colorful than most (but not all) of the other tubing customers it made for an exciting afternoon around the barn.

Town Tinker Offers Discount to WCA Members
Harry Jameson, owner of the Town Tinker Tube Rental and WCA member is offering all other WCA members a 10% discount on tubing equipment rentals. Just go to the Town Tinker counter and tell them that "Harry says that all WCA members get a discount" and you will get 10% off your equipment rental. Please note that with current gas prices transportation is not discounted. Have a good time on the river!
