Power & Phone Outage in The Valley

There was a sustained power outage in the valley last night for about 5 hours. The lights went on and off about 5 times before going out completely from about 7:30pm to about 12:45am. We lost land line phone service at about 9pm as well. The phone returned with the power. I do not know the cause of the interruption. The power and phone have stayed on without interruption once the service was returned.
