Silent Auction For Phoenicia Primary School
Auction chair, Marcey Brownstein, emailed me with the following message regarding the upcoming silent auction to benefit the Phoenicia Primary School. Here is what Marcey had to say.
On behalf of the Phoenicia Primary PTA, I would like to invite you to our silent auction being held during our holiday crafts fair Friday, December 12 at 3:45 p.m. Bidding will end promptly at 5:15 p.m. Snow date is December 19. There are going to be an amazing array of over 75 items to bid on. We would love to see you there. If you can't make it and wish to bid by proxy, please email Marcey at Foodandwineinchelsea@gmail.com for a full list and with your proxy bid.

Flag Day Ceremony
Town Clerk, Joyce Grant just sent me a message. Apparently, there will be a Flag Day Ceremony Friday, 10am at the Phoenicia School. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Computer Classes
The Phoenicia Elementary School is offering an 8 week computer class for people looking to improve their skills. Here are some of the details.
Where: The Phoenicia Elementary School
When: Wednesdays - April 23 - June 11 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Cost: $10.00 per session to cover the cost of the instructor
Basic Computer Skills Required

It's Time for Phoenicia!!

Apron Sale to Fund School Cooking Program

There will be handmade aprons for sale as a fundraiser for the Phoenicia school's "Cooking with Robin" (Robin is WCA member Robin Chess) program. It will be held on Saturday April 30st and Sunday May 1st at Mama's Boy (lawn and gazebo) on Main Street, Phoenicia. Go and buy an apron and support our local schools!!

Handmade Aprons and Potholders Needed

Seeking contributions of handmade aprons & potholders to be sold to raise funds for ingredients for the Phoenicia school's wondrous "Cooking With Robin" program (Robin is WCA member Robin Chess). Please bring your creations to the school or send in with a student with a note stating your name and relation to the school (example: Jane Doe, grandmother of 2nd grader) no later than Friday April 29th. The sale will be held Sat. April 30th & Sun. May 1st in the Phoenicia's town center. If you have any questions call 688-5981.
