The Bridge St bridge going into Phoenicia will open tomorrow at 9am. That is several weeks ahead of the projected 4th of July opening date. Ulster County Executive Mike Hein will be on hand to celebrate. So as of tomorrow we will be able to access town from both ends. Yipee!!!
