Family Fun And Fish Day
























The Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program in partnership with the NYSDEC fisheries staff will be having a Family Fun and Fish Day at Kenneth Wilson State Park, 859 Wittenberg Road, Mt Tremper, NY - Sunday, July 27th from 11am - 1:30pm. Join the fun and learn to fish!

Volunteers from Trout Unlimited will be on hand to demonstrate everything form baiting a hook to casting a line. All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. No fishing license is required. Learn about aquatic ecology and how to identify fish.

All fishing supplies will be loaned by the DEC. You can bring your own equipment if you prefer. Other family activities include a barbecue and youth crafts under the pavilion.
