Woodland Valley History Night

Paul Misko sent me this report on the Woodland Valley History night that was held at the Botchford home on July 26th. Here is what Paul had to say.

A good size group gathered for the Woodland Valley History talk, which was generously hosted by Hawley Botchford. History from the Ice Age to the more recent past was discussed, with a focus on the tanning industry which had such a great and lasting impact in the valley. Good food, history, and a few laughs made for a great evening. Another history event is on the way. A talk on the History of Lighting will be given on Saturday evening, August 17th.  To register and get more details, contact Paul at Space is limited.
