Music Circle This Saturday Oct 18th At ESRM

WCA member Dakin Morehouse sent me this message (and a message he received) regarding a special music circle this weekend. Here is what Dakin had to say.

OK pickers - in case you haven't heard ...

You're invited to come to listen or to participate in the Special Jam (see below).

Tomorrow, Saturday 2 to 4+? PM at the Phoenicia RR Station (ESRM on Lower High Street).

Very similar to our Pickin' Circles but with the Heritage Folk Music folks leading a Catskill SongFest theme.

In honor of Ulster County Heritage Week, members of the Board and friends of Heritage Folk Music will perform songs of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson Valley on two occasions.

On Saturday, October 18, from 2-4 p.m., we will be at the Empire State Railway Museum, 70 High Street, Phoenicia.

On Sunday, October 26, from 12 non-2 p.m., we will be at Matthewis Persen House, 74 John Street, Kingston,

These will be very informal sing-alongs/songswaps.  Come join us if you can.  Both events are free and open to the public.
