Icy Conditions

We had a bit of snow yesterday followed by some freezing rain on top of it. But we were lucky and most of yesterday's storm slipped to the south of us.

On the ground right now there is about a quarter inch of wet, icy snow. Slippery, but it could have been a lot worse.

I got the sloppy mess off my car fairly easily but decided not to venture out to test the roads. They are calling for more snow tomorrow but we shall see. But right now the conditions are soggy and icy so drive very, very carefully if you are coming into the valley.
