Due to the strangely warm temperatures here in the northeast, both the daffodils on my hillside (see above) and the coltsfoot along the side of road (see below) have started to bloom in the valley. They are both about 2 weeks early! Temperatures have been in the 60s and 70s for most of the week. We reached a high in the low 80s yesterday. Very odd.....but I must admit, it is very enjoyable!
