Photos From Abroad

While we are all here freezing in the Catskills (the temps have been dipping down into the teens at night) Peter and Sally Oberbeck have been galavanting through Northern Africa. They took some wonderful photos for us to enjoy. Here is their message and the photos.

Greetings from Casablanca

After a long journey we arrived in Casablanca and took a look at the Grande Mosque Hassan ll that afternoon and again the next morning with an inside tour. It is truly grand!

Not sure how much it cost, but the people paid extra taxes to pay for it.  It took only two+ years to build.

 We also had dinner ar Rick’s Café which turned out to be exceptionally good and was a good replica of the one in the movie ‘Casablanca’.
