Growing up, we learn how to pass our classes, but so often we are not taught how to manage our own minds... The power is is our use of the breath.Check our the dates and times below our Happiness Hour; an introduction to a simple deep meditation, knowledge and some breathing techniques; Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

The degree to which stress unduly influences our lives is generally underestimated: Often the mind clings on to anger, guilt, or regret about the past, or is plagued by anxiety and worry about the future. This oscillation of the mind causes tension and stress both for ourselves and for the people around us and leads to reduced effectiveness in action.
