This news came out about a month ago but I just realized this morning that people who are not in the valley all the time may not have heard it.
After 34 years of service, Town of Shandaken Police Chief Jimmy McGrath is planning on retiring. I am linking to an article in the Kingston Daily Freeman regarding this announcement.
Thanks to Jimmy for all those years of service to the community! We all wish you a happy and healthy retirement!
